How we work with you
We’re used to working with schools, colleges, universities and institutional finance teams, so purchase orders and procurement procedures are a familiar part of the process. We can invoice against your purchase order and provide the supporting information your procurement team requires, including supplier documentation, insurance certificates and environmental credentials.
We can handle sensitive print under controlled conditions and work to your institution’s confidentiality requirements. Where required, we can also complete or sign the appropriate confidentiality and supplier documentation before production begins.

As early as you reasonably can, particularly if you have a fixed publication, open-day or distribution date. The production time will depend on the page count, quantity, binding and finishing, so there isn’t one lead time that applies to every prospectus. Tell us your required delivery date when you request your quote and we’ll work backwards from it, advise when we need your final artwork and tell you plainly whether the schedule is achievable.
Yes. We produce large-format posters, signage and display graphics for schools, colleges and universities, including materials for open days, events, exhibitions, wayfinding and campus displays. We can also produce wall planners and other large-format information displays in bespoke sizes. Tell us where the finished print will be displayed and how it will be used, and we’ll recommend the appropriate size and material.
