Our litho press runs in-house at our Cambridge facility, giving us close control over colour throughout production. Litho is particularly strong where consistent CMYK reproduction or specific Pantone colours are important, making it an excellent choice for brand-critical marketing materials, packaging and publications produced over longer runs.
Colour management is built into the production process, using ICC colour profiles and Pantone matching where required. This helps us maintain consistent colour throughout a print run and work accurately to established brand requirements.
We also keep your job specifications on file, so when you return for a reprint, we can refer back to how the original was produced — including the paper, colours and finishing — helping us achieve the closest possible match from one production run to the next.

Before your job goes to press, we’ll check the artwork and provide a proof for you to approve. This gives you the opportunity to check content, layout, positioning and other important details before production begins. If we spot something that could cause a problem in print, we’ll flag it before proceeding.

For all jobs we provide a pdf proof so you can check that everything looks right before we print the job. A printed proof for you to check can be built into the estimate so you just have to ask when you request your quote.
